Use of this website is provided on an as-is basis. Demonstration content is clearly labelled and does not represent actual accredited members.

Accreditation terms

Payment of an application or assessment fee does not guarantee accreditation. Accreditation is awarded on the basis of independent assessment against the World Class Liverpool Standard, is time-limited and may be withdrawn where standards are not maintained.

Member code

Members commit to exceptional professional standards, fair treatment of customers, employees and suppliers, honest referrals and protecting the reputation of the World Class community.
